How It Works

A Clear, Reliable Process for Business Screen Printing

For over 3+ years I’ve helped businesses, teams, and events get dependable, professional screen printed apparel without surprises or confusion. This page walks you through exactly what happens from the moment you reach out to final delivery, so you know what to expect at every step.

From First Contact to Final Delivery

I keep the process structured, predictable, and easy for busy teams. You’ll always know what I need from you, what I’m working on, and when you can expect your order.

Most business projects follow this flow:

At-a-glance timeline

Planning & design

1–5 business days depending on artwork complexity and how quickly we finalize details.

Production

3–9 business days for most bulk orders after you approve the final proof.

Delivery

Local pickup or shipping. I’ll confirm exact dates before we start so you can plan around events or launches.

Rush projects: If you’re on a tight deadline, I’ll tell you up front what’s realistic so there are no last minute surprises.

Proofing, Revisions & Approvals

No Guesswork, No Surprises on Print Day

Business orders often involve multiple stakeholders and approvals. I build that into the process so your team can review and sign off with confidence before anything goes on press.

  • You receive a digital mockup showing front, back, and any sleeve prints.
  • I list exact imprint sizes and locations in inches for clarity.
  • Pantone or reference colors are noted when applicable.
  • You can request small adjustments to sizing, placement, or color tone.
  • I will confirm any changes in an updated proof before locking in production.

Once you approve the final proof, I treat it as the blueprint for your order. That’s how I keep large business runs consistent and avoid miscommunication.

How many revisions are included?

Most business projects are fully dialed in within 1–2 rounds of revisions. Reasonable proof tweaks are included, I’ll always tell you in advance if a significant redesign will affect cost or schedule.

Tip for faster approvals: loop in all internal decision makers before we lock the final proof so we don’t have to backtrack mid production.

Production Standards

How I Protect Your Brand on Every Shirt

Your logo and branding are printed on garments that real people wear, photograph, and remember. Over the past 3+ years I’ve built my process around consistency, durability, and professional presentation for business clients.

  • Every print is flashed and cured to proper temperature so it holds up to real world washing.

  • I regularly check registration during the run so fine details stay sharp.

  • I adjust ink type and print method based on fabric and garment color.

  • I pull random samples mid run to catch any issues before they spread.

  • If something doesn’t meet my standards, it doesn’t leave the shop.

Quality checklist before shipping.

  • Print alignment and coverage.

  • Color consistency across sizes.

  • Garment counts vs. order.

  • Random stretch and wash tests on sample prints (when needed).

Delivery & Aftercare

What Happens After Printing Is Done

Once your order passes final inspection, I make sure it arrives organized, on time, and ready to hand out to your team, customers, or event guests.

  • Garments are counted and boxed by size or style when possible.
  • You’ll receive a summary of what’s in each box for easier distribution.
  • Local pickup and shipping options are available depending on your location.
  • Tracking details are shared as soon as items leave the shop.

If your business runs recurring events or needs repeat orders, I can keep your artwork and specs on file so reorders are fast and consistent.

Care Instructions for Your Team

To help your prints last as long as possible, I provide simple care recommendations you can pass along to staff or customers:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible

  • Avoid ironing directly on the print

After the Job: Support for Reorders

I keep your screens, artwork, and print notes on file so it’s easy to reorder for new hires, events, or seasonal campaigns. Many of my business clients order multiple times a year and rely on consistent results.
