Terms of Service

By placing an order with QuestThreads Apparel, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Term

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not enter production until payment, or the required deposit has been received.

Custom Orders
All custom printed apparel and personalized items are made specifically for each customer. Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and design placement before production begins. Quest Threads Apparel is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Production Time
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, product availability, shipping delays, and seasonal demand.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defective items or errors made by Quest Threads Apparel.

Claims
Any issues with an order must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Limitation of Liability
Quest Threads Apparel's liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected products.
