What’s the minimum order quantity?

Our standard packages start at 20 pieces because that’s where screen printing becomes cost effective while still allowing us to use quality blanks and inks.

Can I mix sizes, colors, or garment types within a package?

Yes. Within each package, you can mix sizes freely and we can often mix garment colors and types as long as the artwork and print specs stay the same. If your design requires different ink setups (for example, light and dark garments), we’ll outline any additional costs up front.

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 7–12 business days after you approve your proofs. Busy seasons and complex artwork can add a bit of time, but we’ll always give you a realistic ship date before you pay. We are working on rush order options tell us your in hand date and we’ll walk you through what’s possible.

Do you help with artwork?

Yes. All packages include basic artwork cleanup and print optimization making sure lines, text, and colors work well in screen printing. If you need full design from scratch, we can either handle it in house or recommend one of our design partners and coordinate the handoff for you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If prints are misaligned, colors are off, or garments are defective, we fix it. Send photos within 7 days of receiving your order and our team will investigate and reprint any issues at no extra cost. Your apparel should be something you’re proud to hand out no exceptions.

do you store screens?

Yes. we store screens in house after initial first order, for the purpose of making the reorder process easy, if you opted for the crew starter kit, we do not store screens as it is not included in the price.
